2022-2023 Academic Year Enrollment to use FACT SIS and FACTS Family Portal
Dear Families,
We have prepared enrollment for the new academic year of 2022-2023. This year we will again be using FACTS Student Information System (FACTS SIS). This is still a somewhat new tool, please bear with us as we iron out the process. All families who re-enroll by March 31st will receive a $50 tuition credit. Any enrollment after April 20th is subject to a late fee.
All school resouces, such as parent-student handbook, enrollment forms, tuition explanation, scholarship information and many more can be found on our website under the main menu 'Parent Portal'. Detailed enrollment instructions can be found in the Parent Portal here.
New Families
New families that will be enrolling should call the school office to set up an appointment (602)-305-7183. Also, fill out the following online application form to get into the FACT SIS system.

Families that are re-enrolling will simply need to log into their account with FACTS SIS and update their information in the system.
