The Canyon Athletic Association Uses Brewers' Spring Training Facility for Playoffs

WIth its first year under head coach Gerry Violette, the Cavaliers have undertaken an impressive start.

Led by the pitching of Tyler Tuckness, the Cavaliers defeated the Heritage Academy Heroes 8-1 in 7 innings last Monday evening at home.

A young team, led by new coach Gerry Violette, the pitching of Tuckness and the strong bats of upperclassmen like Joe Howard propelled the team to a victory in decisive fashion.

Seen by many in the league as a rebuilding year due to its overall youth, the season is beginning to show promise that many in the Canyon Athletic Association did not expect.

The Next Game is away, at Canyon State Academy on Tuesday, March 13th, 4:30pm.  The Cavaliers' next Home game is against perennial rival EVAC on Monday, March 19th.
